A blend of 10 Alsatian grape varieties, grown on granite, grey and marl limestone, in the villages of Kaysersberg, Ammerschwihr, Zellenberg, Rodern and Ribeauvillé. The vines are farmed according to the principles of biodynamic viticulture. Yield 30 hl/ha. Vinification: direct pressing, transfer into barrels, maturation 8-10 months on lees. No sulphur, no filtration.
